Sun Frontier Real Estate and its group companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as ""the Group"") recognizes that it is the Group's social responsibility to place the highest priority on customer trust, maintain social order, comply with laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information (hereinafter referred to as ""the Laws"") , handle personal information appropriately and protect such information, and conduct its business accordingly. We declare that we will conduct our business in compliance with the laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information.

1. Acquisition, use and provision of personal information

Each company of The Group (hereinafter referred as a ""Campany) will acquire personal information of customers through legal and fair means, and will clearly state the purpose of use of the personal information and other necessary matters at the time of acquisition, or announce such matters on the its website or through other means. Personal information acquired will be handled within the scope of the purpose of use under appropriate procedures.
In addition, when providing or disclosing personal data to a third party, Company will do so in accordance with the procedures stipulated by the Laws.

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

Company will use customers' personal information in accordance with its ""Purposes of Use of Personal Information"".

3. Provision to Third Parties

Company may provide personal data among the Group companies and/or to its business partners., in accordance with the procedures required by the Laws.

4. Ensuring Accuracy of Personal Data

Company will endeavor to keep the content of personal data accurate and up to date, within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use, and delete the personal data without delay if they no longer require it.

5. Security control measures for personal data

Company will take the necessary and appropriate measures for managing the security of personal data including preventing the leaking, loss or damage of the personal data they handle

6. Guidance and Advice

Company will provide all officers and employees (including but not limited to contract employees, temporary employees) with necessary guidance and advice on the proper handling of personal or other related information, which includes providing appropriate education, and exercising the necessary and adequate supervision necessary and appropriate supervision.

7. Supervision of Outsourcing Contractors

When entrusting another person or party (hereinafter referred to as ""Contractor"") with all or part of the handling of personal data, Company shall exercise necessary and adequate supervision over the outsourcing Contractor.

8. Compliance with the Laws and Guidelines

Company will comply with the Personal Information Protection Law, other related laws and regulations, Guidelines established by the Personal Information Protection Committee, and this policy, and will handle personal information in a lawful and appropriate manner.

9. Disclosure, Correction, Ceasing to Use or Deleting of Personal Data

When Company has been requested by an identifiable person to disclose, make a correction, cease to use or delete the personal data Company holds, Company shall, after confirming the identity of the individual making such requests, conduct necessary investigation without delay to the extent necessary to respond to the request, and based on its result, and will take measures to ensure the request.

10. Continuous efforts to protect personal information

The Group will strive to continuously improve and enhance its efforts to protect personal information.
The Group may review this policy from time to time, and may revise the content of this policy as necessary or in accordance with changes in the Laws without prior notice.
