The OOSADO chef's special curry is inspired by the shape of "Doyu no Warito" in order to support the registration of the Sado Gold Mine as a World Heritage Site. We use luxurious Wagyu beef and slowly simmer it for 4 days. The sweetness of the flavored vegetables brought out to the limit brings out the flavor of the wagyu beef, and you can enjoy the texture that melts in your mouth.
