HOTEL OOSADO is excited to announce the start of our lunch service. Located on the beautiful Sado Island, known for its rich food culture, we offer a menu featuring fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Enjoy dishes made with just-picked vegetables and fruits, the highly praised Sado beef, and natural seaweed. Come and experience the best of Sado's local flavors!

Sado KINZAN Curry with Salad: 1,800yen

Inspired by the shape of the "Doyu no Warito" mine, this special curry is crafted by the head chef of HOTEL OOSADO to support the World Heritage registration of Sado Kinzan. This dish features generous portions of Sado beef, slowly simmered over four days to bring out the sweetness of onions and the rich flavors of various aromatic vegetables. The tender Sado beef melts in your mouth, offering a delightful culinary experience.

Mozuku Seaweed Pizza Toast: 1,200yen

This unique dish features Sado's limited-production butter, with only 200 units made daily. The toast is generously topped with thick, crispy natural mozuku seaweed from Sado and melted cheese. The combination of the cheese's creamy texture and the seaweed's fresh ocean flavor creates a delightful and unexpected harmony that will have you coming back for more.

Nagamo Pasta with salad: 1,200yen

This healthy and flavorful Japanese-style pasta is made with plenty of Nagamo (Akamoku), a gift from the sea. The unique stickiness and crunchy texture of Nagamo is perfectly intertwined with the pasta, spreading the aroma of the sea with every bite.

Pancake Buffet: 1,800yen

Enjoy an all-you-can-eat "self-made" pancake buffet where you can create your perfect pancakes using our "POPCAKE MACHINE." Make your own fresh pancakes and savor them hot off the griddle.
