About Reservations
When should I notify you of a cancellation?
We ask that cancellations be made at least 4 days in advance.
Is there a cancellation fee?
A cancellation fee will be charged from 3 days prior to the check-in date. Please refer to the “”Terms and Conditions of Accommodation“” for details on the cancellation policy.
Can I request a room on the top floor or near the elevator?
We will accept your request, so please consult with us when you make a reservation. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the reservation situation.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
Depending on the route of your reservation, it may not be possible to change or cancel it. Please contact the hotel where you made the reservation, unless you made the reservation directly with the hotel.
I made separate reservations.
If the room types are the same, please let the hotel know and we will try to arrange for you to stay in the same room for consecutive nights. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on availability.
If I stay in a different room for each night, do I have to check out each time?
Please pack up your luggage and return the key to the front desk, and we will move your luggage as soon as your next room is ready. Please let us know your plans when you check in.
I reserved two rooms. Can you put them next to each other?
If you would like to reserve two rooms next to each other, please indicate it in the remarks column when you make a reservation online, or call us in advance to make a request. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the availability on the day of your reservation.
Do I need a written consent when staying with minors only?
We ask that a parent or guardian submit a letter of consent when staying with minors only.
Do you have universal rooms?
Currently, we do not have any universal rooms available. Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located on the 1st floor.
Do you have connecting rooms?
Unfortunately, we do not have connecting rooms.
What is the room charge for children sleeping with parents?
Children up to 2 years of age may sleep with their parents free of charge. Please request this at the time of reservation. In principle, one child can sleep with one adult.
Children from 3 years old will be charged for one night and two meals.
I would like to use a shareholder’s discount coupon.
You can use the coupon only when you call the hotel or make a reservation through our official website in advance. When you call, please let us know that you would like to use the coupon.
For reservations made through the official website, please inform the hotel of your intention to use the coupon after making a reservation.
About Accommodation
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. (This may change depending on the plan of your stay.)

Is it possible to check-in earlier?
It is possible, although it depends on the room cleaning situation.

For stays after 11:00, an additional fee will be charged per hour (5,500 yen/night). (5,500 yen per hour *tax included)
For stays after 3:00 p.m., an overnight stay fee will be added to the bill for the same day.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can keep your luggage at the front desk. Please take care of your valuables by yourself.

We handle Kuroneko Yamato Takkyubin and Yu-Pack at the store.

Can you issue a certificate of accommodation?
We can issue a certificate of stay. Please ask at the front desk.
Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel?
With the exception of service dogs, all pets are not allowed.

In support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations, we are working to address social and environmental issues in the region, including energy conservation and reduction of plastic waste. We also use refillable bottles for bath amenities and cosmetics.
Do you have laundry service?
Coin-operated laundry service is available.
The laundromat is located next to the main bathroom on the first floor. Washing machine: 300 yen per time Drier: 100 yen per 15 minutes *Detergent is automatically loaded.
Can I borrow a DVD player?
We can lend out DVD players free of charge. The number of DVD players is limited, so please inquire at the time of reservation.
Do you have a charger for cell phones and smart phones?
Yes, you can borrow a charger at the front desk.
Are air purifiers and humidifiers available?
Yes, we have air purifiers with humidifying functions in our rooms.
Can I request a non-smoking or smoking room?
Yes, it is possible. Please inquire at the time of reservation.
What is the maximum number of guests per room?
It depends on the room, but the maximum is 10 people.
One infant (0 to 2 years old) can sleep in the room with one adult.
How do you clean the rooms for consecutive nights?
However, from the perspective of protecting the global environment, we have adopted an eco-friendly approach by reusing bed linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and housecoats instead of replacing them with new ones.
Guests who do not require cleaning or exchange of amenities will be given a 500 yen in-kingdom use coupon.
Are there separate bathrooms and toilets?
There are rooms with a unit bath and rooms with separate bathrooms and showers.

About Children
Are children allowed?
Of course, children 0 to 2 years old can sleep with us free of charge.
Do you provide amenities for children?
We provide special amenities for children aged 3-6 years old. Children aged 3-6 years old are provided with special amenities for children.
Do you have loungewear for children?
We have yukata and slippers for children. We also have geta (wooden clogs) for children to wear outside.
Do you have rental equipment for children?
We have a children’s futon, bed guard, auxiliary toilet seat, diaper pot, bed-wetting pads, and other items for rent. Please inquire at the time of reservation if you have any requests.
Can I bring in baby food?
Yes, you can bring in your own food. Please ask our concierge if you would like us to heat up the food for you.
About meals
How much does breakfast cost?
Breakfast is 2,200 yen per person (consumption tax and service charge included). Please make a reservation in advance.
Do you have a breakfast menu for children?
Yes, we do. Please ask at the front desk.
Can you recommend a restaurant outside the hotel for dhoteler?
Please inquire with our concierge for information on restaurants and bars of your choice.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please contact the hotel at least 5 days in advance. We also ask that you fill out and submit an allergy sheet in advance.

About the building and facilities
Are open-air baths and large public baths available?
Yes, they are located on the 1st floor.
The view of the Sea of Japan and fishing fires while soaking in the open-air baths creates a magnificent and magical atmosphere. Please enjoy the seasonal changes of the Sea of Japan in a relaxed atmosphere while feeling the bounty of Kasugasaki Onsen that overflows into the baths.
What are the opening hours of the open-air baths and large bathhouse?
Open-air baths and large baths: 5:00-10:00 / 15:00-24:00

We are equipped with a selection of shampoos and water baths. Soap and bath chairs for infants are available for rent.
What is the quality and efficacy of the springs?
The spring water is sodium calcium chloride sulfate spring (hypertonic, slightly alkaline, low-temperature spring).
The benefits are [general indications] neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, stiff shoulders, motor paralysis, stiff joints, bruises, sprains, chronic digestive disorders, hemorrhoids, sensitivity to cold, convalescence, recovery from fatigue, and health promotion [indications by spring quality] cuts, burns, chronic skin diseases, frail constitution, chronic women’s diseases, and arteriosclerosis.
Can I bring my baby or small child to the public baths?
Yes, you can. Please bathe with an adult. Cribs are available in the changing rooms of the women’s baths.

What is the bath tax?
It is a tax charged when using the hot springs in Sado City.
The tax is 150 yen per person of junior high school age or older. Please pay it at the time of billing.
What is the hotel tax?
There is no accommodation tax in Sado.
